I took their traditional Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and turned it into this Mango Upside-Down Cake that is perfect for summer entertaining.
This cake is fantastic. The mango shines through in every bite and the brown sugar creates this amazing finger licking caramel coating. I followed all the steps from the BHG original recipe and my only substitution was the use of mango instead of pineapple and oh what a great idea that was.
